The course consists of six sessions that cover the basics of Adapted Physical Activity. It is a 5‑credit course, corresponding to approximately 125 hours of student work.

- Neurodevelopmental Traits
- Inclusion and Person Centered Planning
- Early years inclusion
- Inclusion in School Aged Children and Youth
- Inclusion in Adulthood and Later Life
